Blogmas #3: Photo of the Month: November
Wednesday, December 03, 2014
Now I know this technically isn't Christmas-related, however, I did state that these 'Blogmas' posts would also have winter-esque themes and a chilly day out comes under that, doesn't it??
November saw myself, my Mum, her other half (Nick), my Auntie Lesley and her two cute dogs (Sox and Bessie) head to the Forest of Dean to do a treasure trail and I have to admit, it was so much fun!

Once purchased, you receive a little booklet which includes instructions, directions (driving, walking and/or cycling) and clues, as well as, two empty puzzles on the back page. The aim is to head to different places and hunt for the word or number that fits in to the first puzzle. Once you've found all the answers, you will then be able to deduce a code from the other puzzle and you can then enter it online to be in for a chance at winning a prize draw of £1,000.
Simple, masses of fun and a great activity for all ages - perhaps a potential Christmas present for a family or some friends who like adventure? I knew I could tie it in to the festive season somehow!
To see if there's a trail near you, take a look at this website; there are trails all over the country. It really was fab and totally worth the £6.99!
Let me know if any of you have an interest in photography, I love to see other people's work!
